Dr. Naya Lekht
Dr. Naya Lekht is a scholar on contemporary antisemitism and works with the Jewish community to foster pride in the history of the Jewish people. Naya received her PhD in Russian Literature from UCLA, where she wrote her dissertation on Holocaust literature in the Soviet Union. In 2018, Naya was a Scholar-in-Residence at Oxford University through the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism (ISGAP).
A passionate educator and curriculum developer, Naya has worked with Jewish educational non-profits and Jewish day schools to empower and mentor Jewish teens, college students, and educators. Naya is likewise a published author and, most recently, was named by the Jerusalem Post and the JNF as one of the top 10 Zionist global visionary leaders.
In addition to publishing in various news outlets and serving as a Research Fellow at ISGAP, Naya is a sought-after speaker and educator known for her expertise in the history of antisemitism, the Arab-Israeli conflict, and the Soviet Union.
Shari Vilchez-Blatt
Shari Vilchez-Blatt is a dynamic brand builder and entrepreneur with a proven track record of working with premier global brands and small businesses, helping them grow into successful companies.
She is also a passionate advocate for social causes and currently serves on the board of directors of Parents Against Antisemitism, where she contributes her expertise in leadership and community engagement to combat antisemitism and promote inclusivity. Throughout her career, Shari has built her own brand, focusing on serving children and families while fostering an environment that empowers women, with 95% of her staff being female.
Linda Quarles
Linda currently serves in a board and advisory capacity, and consults with clients on organization strategy, innovation, talent management, change, and human-centered design. As an elected representative and the First Vice President on the New York City school board (Citywide Council on High Schools), she advocates for high quality public education for the city’s nearly 300,000 public high school students.
As an evangelical Christian and proud Zionist, she fights bias, antisemitism and for religious freedom in all walks of civic life. After three decades leading organization transformations at both private sector and nonprofit enterprises, Linda brings empathy for leaders driving culture change, innovation, and growth in organizations from startups to Fortune 50.
In her role as Practice Lead, Strategy + Organization Design at frog, Linda led and grew the discipline for a broad range of consultative services, building capability and improving organizational performance with clients globally. She has worked at Microsoft, Capgemini, Owens Corning, BAE Systems, CIGNA, Success Academies Charter Schools and her transformation clients include Gap Inc., Pfizer, JLL, Humana, Google, American Express, Hyundai, Facebook, Lufthansa, IKEA, Progressive. She has served as adjunct or guest faculty at Penn, Rutgers, NYU, Cornell, University of Michigan, Pepperdine, among others, and holds certifications in executive coaching, MBTI, DISC, and the Basadur applied creativity profile. She is a Praxis Labs mentor, and community group and marriage mentor at Church of the City NYC.
